Payment Confirmation
To ensure your preferred appointment time is reserved, bookings are confirmed once the consultation fee has been received.
Refund Eligibility
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled within this period may qualify for a refund.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Medications & Laboratory Services
Please note that medications that have already been dispensed and laboratory tests that have already been processed cannot be refunded.
Important: Please keep your original receipt for all refund requests.
